Job Description:
1. Incident Management Detection, Recording, Classification, Investigation and Resolution of issues that affect the availability
of the supported applications / services / feeds
2. Provide 24 /7 Level 1 & 2 Implementation & Escalation Support.
3. Change / Release Management for the applications / services / feeds in QA / Prod environments
4. Document processes and procedures as developed and/or required
5. Communicate with end users to resolve their application related questions
6. Monitor the health of the applications / services / feeds
Skill Set:
1. MS SQL Server 2005 & Above, DTS, SSIS packages
2. Exposure to .NET Framework / Applications
3. Knowledge of Windows Applications, Windows Services
4. Knowledge of Citrix (desirable & definite plus)
5. Basic Windows Admin Knowledge
6. Prior Application Development Experience(using C#, Winforms, WPF) (desirable & definite plus)
7. Knowledge of ITIL (desirable)
