Google engineers don't simply build our consumer-facing products--they also work to protect the users of those products. As an Ads review tech developer, you will create tools and platforms to allow the review teams to identify ways to review ads faster. You will work with Google technologies spanning large scale data processing, clustering and data mining. If you are passionate about developing systems to have the best ads run fast at Google scale, this is a great role for you. Your work will help maintain the reputation of Google's ad network.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance ad review and related support tools and infrastructure across Google ad products.
• Work with analyst teams to detect and automate tasks by building frontend and backend based solutions.
• Work on improving real time systems for large scale data processing, machine learning and clustering problems to identify review trends.
• Work with product and engineering teams to improve ads review operation infrastructure.

Minimum qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in object oriented programming language Java, C++ or Python.

Preferred qualifications

• MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in numerical analysis, algorithms and data-mining.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and other data storage solutions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively. Fluency in multiple programming languages.
