 Main features in Oracle Function Incentive Compensation product are :
  1. A fully SaaS enabled application. All the 10 + OIC customers are SaaS customers.
  2. Supports flexible compensation plan modeling technics, which motivates the sales people and sell more.  It supports individualization of rates and goals at Sales Rep level, which in turn allows customers to model compensation plans at the individual sales rep level.
  3. Allows fully automated compensation process from collecting  the transaction, calculating the commission, and to making the payment. 
  4. A robust Calculation module, which can handle high volume of data and it calculates commission accurately. Avoiding any disputes.
  5. Supports Incentive payment plans, which can be used to set up advance or deferred payments and to define minimum (draw) and maximum (cap) payments.
  6. Extensible rules architecture, which supports the crediting process. 
  7. Ability to manage complex sales hierarchies, which will be used for calculating the direct and indirect credits
  8. Dispute Management system to resolve the disputes. It allows dynamic routing of disputes.
  9. Estimated Compensation module "shows you the money" for deals yet to close.

Brief Description
Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
Detailed Description
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design, install and evaluate quality control methods and systems. Design continuing maintenance of product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.
Job Requirements
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. A of 1 year of software engineering or related experience.

The mission is to provide outstanding test coverage inall areas of responsibility, to create better software by finding productissues, and to attain the goal of releasing superior quality software to ourcustomers. QA Engineer is primarily responsible for testing an area of theproduct line, with the following specific responsibilities:
·        Work with team ofDevelopers and other QA Engineers to functionally test products using automatedand/or manual test approaches
·        Abilityto understand the product, new release features and come up with exhaustivelist of tests.
·        Analyzesoftware defects to ascertain source and nature of defects.
·        Thoroughlyverify development fixes at the system level.
·        Providecomplete test coverage of assigned areas.
·        Communicateeffectively with other members of the QA team, the development team, ProductManagement and managers.
·        Becomean expert in the product/feature areas tested and use that expertise tocontribute throughout the cycle
·        Develop,execute and maintain automated feature tests.

Skillsand characteristics
·        Preferred2+ years of experience in QA and/or software testing.
·        Ahighly organized individual who works well under pressure to complete tasks tomeet tight deadlines.
·        Bachelorsdegree in computer science, or related field.
·        Experiencein programming, especially for software test automation
·        Experiencein Java, OATS is a preferable
·        Experiencein Testing WebServices
·        Experiencein Testing BI reports,BIP is highly preferred
·        Experiencein QA and/or software testing.
·        OSexperience in Linux and Windows XP/Vista/7
·        Knowledgeof QA standards, processes, tools and methodologies. Plus if candidate isexperienced with Agile.
·        Abilityto quickly understand software functionality and translate this understandinginto documented, repeatable software tests.
·        Excellenttroubleshooting skills.
·        Excellentcommunication - both verbal and written.
·        Highattention to process and detail but also able to balance risk/benefits ofactions
·        Willingto ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist team wherever needed.
