Job Description :
When Customer purchase an SSL with COMODO (CA), they need to provide a supporting document (according to the CPS – Certificate practice Statement) to use it.
 
Validation Team needs to validate the business information before we issue any SSL Certificate to the Customer.
 
Whenever customer provides an invalid / unwanted documents, we need to guide the customer to produce a valid document.
Desired Skills :
Should have a strong analytical skills to drive a customer for an issuance of SSL.
 
Should have a good English skills to communicate with the Customers (Ticket, Chat and Voice).
 
Candidates should be interested to work in Night shifts and in all Public Holidays.
