Job Description:-
1. Trainee - Technical Resolutions position for different Ariba
Applications components of Ariba’s Enterprise Spend
Management product suite
2. Support for this hosted internet service includes providing
level 3 technical support to Fortune 1000 Corporate Customers
and their Suppliers integrating with the service.
3. Customer account setup in connect/Siebel.
4. Security alert follow ups
5. Working on Ariba Application Tier3 Customer issues that involve
Customer interaction over mails/phone, troubleshooting
and providing solutions
Required:
1. BE or B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Systems/Information
Technology with 0 -1 years of experience
2. Should be flexible to work in different shifts
3. Strong command on written and verbal communication
4. Possess/have good understanding on programming language
