Job Description:
1. Monitors and responds to hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware including printers and software testing tools and techniques.
2. Good knowledge on ticketing tools
3. Basic domain/server/network knowledge
4. Good in LAN troubleshooting
5. Under direct supervision assists with network hardware, servers and software installation.
6. Troubleshooting and provide application support
7. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
8. Strong in Hardware Desktop and processor troubleshooting
9. Good Communication Skills
10. Must be a Graduate and above
