Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

- Develop, maintain, modify and test changes to existing software programs and products built using Java/J2EE software

- Work with business users and other development teams and analyze requirements, and translates business requirements into product designs.

- Develop and document customizations ecommerce/web applications to meet the client’s requirements

- Investigates program errors, understand functionality issues programs, tests results, implements changes & maintains software applications.

- Maintains and modifies existing programs and writes new programs as directed.

- Develop program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.

- Writes technical specifications and other forms of documentation.

- Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.

- Develops secure and high performance applications

Job Requirements

- 1-2 years java programming experience and web technologies.

- Development experience with some of the followings: JSP, Servlets, LDAP, Portlets, EJB, JDBC, SQL, JNDI

- Patterns/Frameworks, JDBC/ODBC, UML modeling & OOD skills, and J2EE integration points with external or third party products.

- Strong understanding of the MVC pattern framework.

- Experienced in SDLC's, XP, and Use Case methodologies.

- Web Services development experience

- Experience developing applciations using Ajax & Javascript is a plus

- Intershop Enfinity Suite 6 experience is a plus
