2. Design software solutions based on customer Requirements
3. Implement software solutions as per design (coding)
4. Implement and test solutions (Unit Test)
5. Ensure conformance to organization and project quality processes
6. Manage customer relationship
7. Investigate and fix software errors
8. Review software work product within the software development lifecycle and business-related project constraints

Skills:
1. Design and development experience in C#,Windows
2. Good understanding of SDLC, OOAD
3. Strong analytical and debugging skills
4. Good verbal and written communication skills.
