Job Description:-
1. Collaborating on the core end-to-end business and transaction cycle, which includes the firm’s sales, trading and other business activities
2. Executing, settling, controlling, measuring and analyzing the firm's transactions
3. Driving control agendas and ensuring a robust control environment to support business growth
4. Profit, loss and risk management, with responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of financials
5. Project management; optimizing systems configuration and driving process improvements
6. Stakeholder management; developing and maintaining strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
7. Taking part in new business initiatives including reviews of new products and transaction cycles
8. Using innovative tools and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of Operations.
Candidate Profile:-
1.Studying in prefinal year with solid academic background, with a natural enthusiasm for financial services industry
2. Analytical and can work with high degree of accuracy and has strong attention to details
3. Good project management and problem solving skills
4. A strong team player who communicates well, is proactive, responsive and can thrive in a team environment
5. Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
6. Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
7. Fluency in English is essential
