Job Responsibilities:-
1. Create definitions of parts, modules, and assemblies in the form of 2D cross sections, 3D models, tolerance stack-ups, and various electronic data formats to support analysis, manufacturing, assembly, tooling, and inspection
2. Create CAD models in a linked model environment using UG Assemblies and Components functionality, as well as check, validate, and issue UG master models and associated drawings
3. Determine dimensional constraints and geometric tolerances required for proper clearances and fits while maximizing manufacturing capabilities
4. Conceptual designs of the components considering stack-ups, tolerances & assembly aspects and work on to update the same on 2D engine cross section
5. Ensure all interface characteristics between components are established and agreed upon by the designers of mating parts
6. Strong working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance as it relates to individual parts and overall assemblies (ASME Y14.5)
7. Work within the guidelines of applicable GE Policies & Procedures, Engineering Standards, Product Definition Operating Procedures, Specifications and Commercial Standards.

Candidate Profile:-
1. B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace/Production/Automobile Engineering with 0 to 3 years of experience
2. Good working knowledge of Unigraphics/3D engineering softwares
3. Good knowledge on manufacturing processes, assembly procedures and Materials
4. Strong oral and written communication skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills.
