Job Description:
1. To conduct a daily review of Quality Scorecards from all initiatives delivered to stores
2. Providing feedback to delivery managers about Quality Scorecard KPIs
3. Tracking and reporting management information on Supplier/Main Contractor performance on initiatives
4. To track supplier/main contractor compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements on Quality Scorecard return
5. Contributing to service and process improvement projects within the team giving tangible benefits to the organisation
6. Identify and understand trends in contractor behaviour and provide a clear summary of all feedback from stores.
